The dividing of nuts is done by using gravity and the differences in density of the different elements. Using blowers nuts are divided from shells and empty nuts are separated from full ones. The blowers can be used in various nut processing lines such as walnuts, chestnuts, and hazelnuts.
A high separation rate and low breakage rate of the nuts makes the blower a helpful machine in nut processing. We offer various nut blowers depending on the size of the nut quantity to be processed.

Blower 1500
Process up to 1,500 kg of walnuts per hour.
The nut blower separates empty from full nuts. Nut cores can also be separated from the shells. The Blower 1500 is suitable for dry or fresh walnuts and hazelnuts and for the dividing of chestnuts and their shells.
In addition, the impulse blower divides nuts from residues such as dirt or small branches.

Blower 3100
Process up to 3,000 kg of walnuts per hour.
The Blower 3100 is suitable for larger nut producers with larger harvest amounts. The impulse blower separates nut cores from shells as well as empty shells from full nuts.
The Blower 3100 can be used for walnuts or hazelnuts (either dry or fresh) and can separate chestnuts from shells. In addition, the blower separates the nuts from the residue of harvesting.
